- 2 pieces keto bread I use Nature's Own
- 1 small avocado, halved and pitted
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- ¼ lemon
- pinch flaky sea salt
- chopped chives, to serve
Toast the keto bread until golden brown.
Scoop out 1/2 of the avocado onto a slice of bread and lightly mash it around with a fork. Repeat for the other slice.
Sprinkle a little flaky salt and drizzle a squeeze of lemon over the avocado (I like to layer my lemon juice so it doesn't all run off my salmon instead).
Top each piece of toast with the smoked salmon, chopped chives, and a final squeeze of lemon juice. Simple and delicious!
